The Vic Well Program, brings together different elements to create a holistic approach to student well-being. Vic Well offers a range of wellness support and activities, to enhance your overall success. September themes

social and Exploration

Vic Well’s September themes are Social and Exploration, chosen to help you you’re your transition from summer into the academic year. The social focus fosters connection with others and enhances overall wellbeing. September offers abundant opportunities to meet new people and strengthen peer relationships, so we’ve curated resources to support that journey.

The Exploration focus highlights the many resources at Victoria College and encourages familiarity with both the university and the city. By centering these themes, we aim to help you approach your community with confidence and lay the groundwork for an enriching year.
