Description: Stop by the very first event of Orientation to officially sign in (or register if necessary). Here, students can pick up their free Orientation Kit and meet members of the Orientation team.

Description: Now that you've registered, we're excited to introduce you to your Transition Mentors! These upper-year peers work throughout the year to support you with your transition to university. In your groups, you'll learn more about Vic, UofT, and even our famous Orientation cheers.

Description: Welcome to Orientation 2023! Come to the Victoria Quad for your official welcome to Victoria College. Here you'll have the opportunity to meet the Dean of Students, Victoria’s President, and our wonderful team of Orientation Executives. The team will also fill you in on some crucial information you'll need to know for the week!

Description: Following the Opening Ceremonies, join us for lunch where food is provided for all Victoria students. Lunch in the Quad will also give students the chance to socialize and meet their peers!

Description: It’s time to get energized! Join the leaders as they teach you the orientation dance as we celebrate and remember the greatest songs of the summer!

Description: Students will get to hear more from Dean Kelley Castle and Head of the Registrar Yvette Ali.

Description: Learn more about what student groups Victoria College has to offer! Representatives from Victoria University Students' Administrative Council (VUSAC) and Vic’s levies will talk to students over a delicious dinner. Incoming students can sign up for newsletters, ask questions, and get free merch. It’s a great opportunity to get involved and find organizations that you’re passionate about!

Description: It's time to crack a laugh as you watch your leaders put on a smashing show! Join us for a night of fun where leaders will perform dramatized university tropes, musical parodies, and more! Come and enjoy the show!

Description: Join us for an action-packed day of sports at Victoria College! Head over to the Margaret Addison Field for exciting games hosted by the Victoria College Athletic Association. Meanwhile, unwind and relax with wellness activities in the Wymilwood Lounge. Don't miss the chance to explore other sports and recreation booths, where you can learn how to get involved in various activities on campus.And for those feeling adventurous, join in on a game of Quidditch for some magical fun!

Description: Do you like getting crafty and making a cute gift for a new friend? Come to friendship bracelet making to relax and meet some new friends! You can even take a swing at speed-friending with personality quizzes and games. Be sure to also look out for parallel events throughout the week to get personalized charms to add to your bracelet!

Description: The Traditional Ceremonies include speeches from Dean Kelley, President McEwen, Principal Esterhammer, and Registrar Yvette Ali, who will offer some words of positivity and encouragement for the incoming class. Additionally, you get to take part in and experience some of Vic’s rich history and age-old traditions. Join us at the Isabel Bader Theatre as the future meets the past and participate in one of Orientation's longest-standing ceremonies!

Description: V-I-C-T-O-R-I-A!! Come show off your school spirit and participate in the annual orientation cheer-off alongside all the other colleges at UofT! You’ll have the opportunity to attend the club’s fair and learn about how to join all the amazing clubs and student groups on campus!

Description: We want to ensure that Victoria College and its students remain committed to fostering a welcoming and equitable environment for everybody. An integral step to that is creating an anti-racist campus. Vic students will hear from Indigenous educators and alumni about colonialism and its impacts, the meaning of anti-racism, and how you can take action to make your own community more inclusive for all people.

Description: Being the first of its kind, join us for a collaborative dance at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) with St. Michaels and Trinity College! Meet new friends from other colleges, explore one of Toronto's best museums, and participate in fun activities!

Description: Grab some popcorn, choose a movie from our selection and get ready to unwind with your fellow first years! You might even be able to spot a UofT reference here and there on-screen!
