SLICE OF VIC

What is Slice of Vic?

Our weekly success series sessions — “Slice of Vic” — are designed to help you in many ways. They will provide academic support, help you get involved with extracurriculars, teach you how to become a pro at researching for essays and projects, and more.

Each session has a guest speaker from an office or club at Victoria College, like the Registrar, Dean’s Office, VUSAC, Caffiends, etc. Guest hosts will give a short presentation followed by a Q & A.

Sessions are hosted by the Office of the Dean of Students, Victoria College.

When is each session?

Sessions are held from 11:30 AM - 12 PM on Wednesdays in the Wymwilwood Lounge in the Goldring Student Centre at 150 Charles St West. Free pizza lunch is provided while quantities last! Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.

A Transition Mentor social follows each session from 12-12:30 in the Cat’s Eye.

PLEASE NOTE: the session on Wednesday September 28 will be held in the Wendy Cecil Atrium, which is also in the Goldring Centre just outside the Wymilwood Lounge.
